Production Process

Crane System Manufacturing

They form the machine frame by welding together machine parts from the machining and material preparation units in accordance with the design and within the specified welding tolerances.

Raw Material Intake

After the supply of raw materials to be used in the machine to be manufactured has been secured, the material preparation unit in the relevant warehouse requests the required raw material and the process begins.

Material Preparation

The raw material fed into the material preparation unit is processed in accordance with the design using laser plasma bending, guillotine and sawing operations, preparing the raw material for machining and welding in line with the design.

Machining

The machining unit precisely processes sheet metal, rods and pipes received from the material preparation unit in accordance with the design specifications and sends them to the relevant hoist assembly unit.

Welded Manufacturing

They form the machine frame by welding together machine parts from the machining and material preparation units in accordance with the design and within the specified welding tolerances.

Hoist Paint

Before attaching other accessories to the machine frame, the machine is sent to the painting unit and the machine frame and parts are painted according to the paint code specified in the project details. The machine is transferred to the assembly unit.

Hoist Paint Assembly

Machine-based manufacturing, machining and paint shop units assemble parts using fasteners (bolts, nuts, washers, segments, etc.) to give the machine its final form.

Hoist Test

They test the machine prepared in the hoist assembly unit in accordance with the project under static and dynamic loads, check the machine functions and approve them.

Packaging and Shipping

Machines that have successfully passed the test are packaged in the packaging area, shrink-wrapped, placed on pallets, delivered to the dispatch unit, and shipped to the customer on the dispatch date.

The welds and measurements of bridges that have been welded are checked and approved.

Sandblasting

Approved bridges are subjected to sandblasting to remove substances such as oil, dirt and dust that could adversely affect the paint.

Bridge Paint

The bridges and bridge accessories arriving from the sandblasting unit are painted according to the paint code specified in the project details and transferred to the dispatch unit.
07

Shipping

The bridge accessories and all assembly equipment arriving at the dispatch unit are packaged to ensure the product's shipment.
