Single Girder Overhead Traveling Crane

The single-girder overhead crane system consists of a single bridge girder supported at its ends by walking units. The hoist operates on the bottom plate of the bridge girder. It is more economical than double-girder systems in standard applications. Compared to double-girder systems, additional equipment (basket, ladder, platform, etc.) may be required for maintenance.
