According to CE Standards, machinery that is over 10 years old must undergo a major maintenance procedure. This application involves the safe and risk-free refurbishment of your cranes that have been in operation for 10 years or more.
Planning and Management
Complete Refurbishment
Maintenance Procedures to be Performed in the Lifting (Cat) Group
factory.
2 Installation of the spare hoist (cat) group in place of the dismantled hoist group (cat).
(If a spare machine is available)
3 Dismantling of the hoist (cat) group at the Güralp A.Ş. factory.
4 Inspection of mechanical components. (Drum, motor, reducer, brake, coupling, wheels,
bearings, hook block, etc.)
5 Cleaning and inspection of electrical components.
6 Sandblasting of the hoist (cat) chassis and welded parts (such as the drum) that are painted,
and inspection of critical weld points where the paint has been removed using UT/MT.
7 Cleaning and lubrication of the entire cat group and its installation in place.
8 Painting of the cat group with the original RAL code.
8 Painting the trolley assembly with the original RAL colour code.
9 Conducting load tests at the Güralp factory and preparing a report.
Maintenance Work to be Carried Out on the Bridge-Head Group
1. The following maintenance and checks to be carried out on the bridge and abutment will be performed on-site while the bridge-abutment assembly remains in place, provided that field and visual inspections deem it appropriate.
2. Welding of painted areas of bridge and header connections, inspection of critical weld points using UT/MT, and reporting with photographs.
3. Individual inspection of mechanical components and reporting with photographs. (e.g., motor, reducer, brake, wheels, bearings)
4. Cleaning, inspection, and photographic documentation of the electrical components.
5. Welding for testing purposes, and repainting of the inspected areas with touch-up paint of the same RAL code.
*** Following all checks, any parts identified as needing replacement, any missing items, and any necessary actions will be reported separately and presented as a quotation
