Our company manufactures high-quality products in compliance with international standards. The validity of our quality certificates is audited annually by institutions such as TSE and TÜV. We also manufacture in accordance with FEM (European Federation for Material Handling) standards and are a member of İSDER, the Turkish representative of FEM. Güralp is a manufacturer of CE-marked machinery and equipment that complies with its quality systems throughout all processes from design to final product output and with the 2006/42/EC “Machinery Safety Directive”.
Our welders have been tested and certified by accredited institutions in accordance with EN ISO 9606-1 and our welding operators in accordance with EN 14732 standards.

Production is carried out using manual gas shielded welding, as well as gas shielded robotic welding and mechanised submerged arc welding machines.
Quality control/non-destructive testing of welds is carried out by Level 2 certified specialists in accordance with ISO 9712 (visual, magnetic, ultrasonic testing).
All measurement, welding, sandblasting and paint quality controls are carried out using calibrated equipment. Calibrations are performed by accredited institutions. In addition, quality specialists hold training certificates in calibration.
In the quality laboratory and quality department, basic tools/equipment (calipers, tape measures, comparators, micrometers, callipers, laser meters, welding calipers, etc.) and high-tech control and measurement equipment/devices are used. These include magnetic handyokes, ultrasonic welding control devices, surface roughness devices, ultrasonic hardness testers, ultrasonic thickness gauges, paint thickness gauges, mobile spectrometers, macroscopes, and CMM (mobile and stationary) devices. The measurement accuracy of CMM (coordinate measuring machine/3D measurement) devices is 1/10000, and dimensional checks are performed on CNC-machined parts of high importance. The chemical analyses of steel materials to be used in production are performed with a mobile spectrometer, and their quality is verified. Our quality laboratory has the highest technology and equipment in the industry.
Every single lifting machine that has completed production undergoes load lifting and functional tests on our own “final test platform/station” by our electrical and electronic technicians/engineers.
