End Carriages

Our G series walking groups are designed in accordance with DIN 10070, DIN 10074 and FEM standards. Our designs undergo static analyses and torsion checks in engineering calculations and CAM programmes. The wheels of our walking groups are designed to be driven from the hub. Standard speed options are 20-30-40 m/min. Engineering work is carried out for speeds above these. In our wheel designs, wheel diameters are determined by controlling wheel pressures, and GGG70 spheroidal graphite cast iron and C4140 high-strength alloy steel, which are resistant to wear, are used in material selection. Our designs prioritise ease of assembly, service accessibility, ergonomic appearance, and the utilisation of technological advancements to provide our customers with high-quality products.
